If your experience falls short of The Uncle Kam Promise, we step in to make it right. We offer a structured, fair 3-step resolution process:
Step 1: Direct Resolution
We first encourage you to communicate concerns directly with your Tax Strategist through the platform. Most issues, such as miscommunications or timeline adjustments, are resolved quickly at this stage.
Step 2: Uncle Kam Mediation
If direct communication doesn’t resolve the issue, you can escalate the matter to our Client Protection Team. We guarantee:
- A dedicated case manager will be assigned within 24 hours.
- We will review all platform communications and deliverables.
- We will mediate between you and the professional to find an equitable solution.
Step 3: Action & Resolution
Within 7 business days of escalation, Uncle Kam will issue a final determination. Depending on the findings, resolutions may include:
- Re-matching you with a different, senior Tax Strategist at no additional cost.
- Requiring the professional to revise deliverables to meet our standards.
- Issuing a partial or full refund/credit for the platform and advisory fees.
